A magnetic box is built on an existing die-line, so the size comes from a list — not from a keyboard. Everything below is measured on the die-lines we send to the workshop.

Above 250 pieces we price by hand. On a run this size the tooling, the print format and the pallet change the figure in your favour, and an automatic estimate would only be wrong.

Step 2 — Artwork
What you can actually print
Three faces take artwork — lid, bottom and fastening flap. The spine and the inside of the tray never do: every die-line we hold marks them no graphic here.
On each of them the printable window is half the panel each way — a quarter of its area, centred.

- Bleed 3 mm on every outside edge.
- Text and logos at least 5 mm inside the printable window.
- Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS) — or 300 dpi at final size.
- Hot foil and screen printing are one flat colour each, no gradients.
