Step 1 — The insert
Your foam insert, to the millimetre
Outside sheet first, then the pockets. We keep at least 8 mm of foam all round and 3 mm under each pocket.
A shape of your own — a bottle, a tool, a moulded part — is a drawing job: send us the part and we cut to it.
The pockets share the sheet evenly. Make them bigger and the foam around them gets thinner — we say when it is too thin.
