How it is made
- 01You configure
Model, inside size, lamination and quantity — the dieline and the price update as you go.
- 02We check
Our prepress checks the dieline and your artwork (bleed 3 mm, safe area 3 mm, 300 dpi) before anything is printed.
- 03We print and die-cut
4-colour offset on 300 g/m² board, laminated, die-cut and creased on 500 × 700 mm sheets. Delivered flat, ready to fold.
- Printed 4/0 offset, laminated
- Dieline SVG to download for your designer
- 4, 6 or 8 working days — you choose
- Every die-line and file checked by a person
Carton style

Tuck-end cartonsClosed by hand with tuck flaps. The simplest and most economical construction.
Auto-bottom cartonsDelivered flat, the glued base pops open in one move. Worth it from a few hundred pieces.
Hanging cartonsA header with a hang tab for the peg-board display in store.
Window cartonsA die-cut window shows the product without opening the carton.
Trays, book-style and drawerFor gifts and higher-value products: hinged-lid trays and drawer trays.
