Custom packaging for perfume and cosmetics
A bottle, a jar and a collection of samples need different spaces. We design the box and insert together, giving each item a defined position and considering how it will be lifted out.
Start with the actual product
We consider the complete dimensions, including caps, pumps and projecting details. For a set containing several products, spacing, pocket depth and clearance below the lid all matter. The dimensions of the outer container alone do not describe the whole project.
Choose the structure and pockets
A magnetic box can suit a kit; a base and lid offers a straightforward opening; Discovery Set Studio is designed for vials and small collections. For the insert, we assess polyurethane foam or shaped cardboard alongside the product geometry, weight and intended use.
Check the design before production
The digital drawing establishes the layout. A sample allows you to check insertion, access, closure and the appearance of the papers. We develop the fitted pockets and coordinate cutting, assembly and finishing in our workshop in Morrovalle, Italy.

Project questions
Can the set hold bottles of different heights?
Pocket depths and supports are considered in relation to the box. Complete bottle dimensions and a closure check are needed to define the design.
Which insert material should I choose?
Suitability needs to be checked with the product. Our blog compares 18 and 65 kg/m³ polyurethane foam with microflute board; density, shape and thickness should be considered together.
Pricing depends on the configuration. Each Studio shows its available sizes, minimum quantities and options. Projects requiring a specific technical review are confirmed with a quotation.
