Questions
Before you order
What exactly is in the sample pack?
Twelve covering papers — six smooth (Bouganville, Black, Cream, Abysse, Kraft, Windsor) and six embossed (Black, Brick, Brown, Grey, Navy, White) — with print samples in screen printing and hot foil, plus a real magnetic box. They are the same papers you choose in our Studios.
How much does it cost and when does it ship?
€9.90 + VAT, shipping included, one per order and with no commitment; VAT is added at checkout. It usually leaves within 3 working days. If you order it together with boxes, it travels in the same parcel and the order’s normal shipping applies.
Where do you ship and how can I pay?
To all 27 EU countries. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer; depending on your country, also with local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact or MyBank.
Sample pack or custom sample?
The sample pack lets you touch our twelve papers and a ready-made magnetic box. A custom sample is one piece of your own box, in your size, with your paper and, if you like, your print: €60 without printing or €200 with printing (+ VAT). If you are still choosing the paper, start with the sample pack. Custom sample
