Customisation goes beyond the lid
Our boxes are fully customisable. Size, structure, covering, printing and insert can be designed around the product and the experience you want to create. The result involves more than the outside logo: consider what the customer sees, touches and uses when opening the box.
This project combines a printed covering, a black shaped insert and a branded plaque. The contents have a defined space, while the insert becomes a recognisable part of the presentation.
Foam cut to the height your project needs
We can cut foam to the required height, setting thicknesses around the product and the usable space in the box. You do not have to start with a standard block. We can work with shapes, heights and combinations of layers to create compartments and levels that match the contents.
Consider the depth of the recess, material below the product and the portion left visible together. Grip matters too: a well-designed insert holds the product in its intended position and allows comfortable removal.

Combine foam, paperboard and plastic elements
We can laminate foam with paperboard or incorporate plastic elements. Paperboard can complete the visible surface or carry artwork; a plastic component can add a distinctive detail. Each part needs a position and a purpose as well as a considered appearance.
Materials, geometry and the way the parts are joined are defined for the project. The aim is an orderly whole: the components need to share the available space without obstructing the contents or closure.
A laser-marked plaque brings the brand into the insert
The plaque in these photographs is an example of a laser-worked plastic component integrated into the insert. It places the Hypercell brand close to the contents and creates a recognisable detail when the lid is open.
This approach extends customisation beyond printing alone. Logo, position, dimensions and plaque finish are coordinated with the covering and cut shape. The project photographs have been retouched to highlight materials and details.

Prepare your project
- Provide complete dimensions of the product and accessories.
- Explain the intended presentation and how items should be removed.
- Describe the desired insert heights or levels.
- Supply an available vector logo and artwork references.
- Specify quantity, variants and target date.
Start with structure and size in magnetic boxes or base and lid boxes. The foam configurator helps define an insert. Special material combinations and laser-worked plaques need a dedicated review: send us your project for specific costs and timing.
